Join us as Senior Product Designer and help us shape the Kundo user experience across our Customer service platform. You will innovate new products, as well as identify and solve problems across our current product offering. You will be involved in the entire design process, from ideation to execution, and have a voice in all product decisions.

As a Senior Product Manager at Kundo you will:

• Build domain knowledge, identify and frame problems, propose high impact solutions and execute against them together with product & tech.
• Think big and explore concepts with understanding how to build iteratively towards a vision
• Collaborate with a cross functional team to ship impactful user experiences
• Maintain quality and consistency though our products

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of product design experience 
• A proven track record of designing usable products that has made an impact 
• Strong visual design skills 
• Prior experience participating in multiple areas of product and UX processes. 
• Proficiency with leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data in making design decisions 
• Expertise working with en evolving design system
